Q: How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
A: To stop receiving our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. Sign in to your account details page and unchecking the newsletter subscription box. Also, an 'Unsubscribe' link is provided with each newsletter emailed to you.


Bonus Points

Q: How do Bonus Points work?
A: On each product page you are offered bonus points that will be added to your account when the product is purchased. When adding multiple products to the shopping cart, the total bonus points earn-able are shown. After checkout and the order is processed the bonus points will be added to your account. To use your bonus points you must convert them into a gift certificate in the bonus points area of your account. The gift certificate can be used for any future purchases.

Q: Can I use Bonus Points combined with another payment method?
A: Yes, after converting your bonus points to a gift certificate you can use that gift certificate at any time at checkout. First enter your provided gift certificate number at checkout, in the appropriate box, and it will be deducted from the total purchase. After that you can use your other means of payment to complete the order.

Q: How many Bonus Points do I have?
A: At any time when you are logged in, you may view the number of available points through the bonus points link at the bottom of the page.

Q: Will I still receive Bonus Points when ordering by phone or fax?
A: Yes, but you must first make a user account with CLEVER and then you must finish the checkout process. Bonus points are fully automated, when you finish the checkout process and payment is received, you will automatically have the earned bonus points added to your user account.

Ordering

Q: Can you gift wrap my order?
A: Yes, CLEVER offers gift wrapping with each purchase! In the shopping cart page you must check the "Add gift wrap" box and click the "Update gift wrap" button, to be added to your order. CLEVER charges $3.00 for the gift wrapping to compensate for the extra weight gift wrapping materials.
Q: I never pay with credit cards online, do you accept other means of payment?
A: Yes, even though CLEVER's checkout is 100% secure you may pay by phone or fax with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. We also offer PayPal for PayPal members. It is not necessary to use the checkout to order by phone, fax or mail but it is recommended if you want to use CLEVER's online orders history and bonus points rewards.
Order by phone: Finish checkout by choosing Phone Ordering, when order is received we will call you for your credit card information.
Order by fax: Finish checkout by choosing Fax Ordering, fax Order Number and your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card information (card type, full name, card number, expiration date, CVV2 number) to 1-877-335-4438.
Order using PayPal: Finish checkout by choosing PayPal and you will be forwarded to PayPal's website to make your payment and forwarded back to Clever for your invoice.

Shipping

Q: How much is my shipping?
A: CLEVER automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart by simply entering in the destination zip code. Those charges are calculated based on your location relative to the source of shipping plus a $1.00 handling charge. Shipping charges are waved automatically when your shopping carts combined subtotal, before taxes and shipping charges, equals $125.01 or above.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: CLEVER ships orders the following business day from order received, depending on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. Some CLEVER products are available by pre-order only. Lead times on pre-ordered products will be stated in product descriptions. CLEVER does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA ?
A: CLEVER ships within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
